Why is delivery required?

Our delivery services are considered as “curb-side”, meaning we park the trailer loaded with your items at the site. It will be your responsibility to unload your items at your site then reload them according to the directions provided.   Then at the end of your rental period, we will pick up the trailer.  This service is required for all large table/chair orders as a way to protect our inventory from damage AND allow you to focus your time on more important details.  Smaller orders can be discussed on a case by case basis.  Bounce houses must be picked up and returned to our store.

How long can I have my rental items for?

Typically a one-day rental rate will cover three days of possession for the rental items. We will deliver your rentals one business day before your event and pick them up one business day after your event. This does not apply to every item (bounce houses are 24 hours and are excluded from delivery), so please confirm pricing on your desired items with an associate. This rental period may be extended on items based on available pick up and delivery times around your event.

Can we leave our rental items out overnight to avoid after hours charges?

Once our rental items are in your possession you are responsible for their security and condition. We charge for all damaged and missing items, so please ensure that you have a secure location to store all your rentals until they can be safely picked up or returned to our store.

Bounce Houses...what do I need to know?

Does the equipment need to be cleaned before it is returned?

Our bounce houses require electricty within 50 feet of blower location and must be set up on a grassy, flat surface and installed according to the provided instructions.  Delivery option is not available, rental unit's must be picked up and returned to our store.  These units are heavy and we recommend two adults for handling.  Set up and take down instructions are Included.  However, if damage occurs due to failure to follow our safety rules or negligence (i.e. not turning off the blower in high winds) you will be responsible for all damages up to and including replacement of the unit/blower etc which can cost thousands of dollars. We don't want you or us to be in that situation which is why we have you sign and initial on all of our safety rules so that you can be the trained operator.

Most of our items must be returned cleaned and in the same packaging they were sent out in. Many of our items include cleaning instructions to assist you. Please wipe off tables and chairs if they have visible soils before returning them to the delivery trailer. Linens rentals do not need to be returned to the store cleaned (see instructions for linen returns below). All items returned with excessive soils or residues will be subject to a cleaning charge.

Do I need to clean the linens?

Please do not wash the rental linens before you return them to the store. Place your used linens in a loose bag left open to prevent mildew development. Difficult stains that require extra cleaning (ex. Chocolate, heavy oils, grass, ink) will be subject to a cleaning fee of $10.00 per linen. All linens returned with damage (tears, burns, thread pulls) or with stains that cannot be removed (wax, some inks, tape residue) will be charged full replacement value of the linen.

What is your policy for damaged products?

We understand that things happen.  However, any damaged items will be subject to a fee up to the replacment cost of the item.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit or debit card purchases.  If you would like to pay with cash or check, please let us know and we can make those arrangements.
